MEDIATION

Use the link below to schedule a Discovery Call and discuss the type of mediation you need.

Pamela Lau is a certified court-ordered family law mediator who has been practicing various kinds of mediations for non-profits and groups.  Most recently, I work as a family law mediator on a national level.  My trainings have been in divorce, parenting plans, domestic mediations, reconciliation and facilitation.  Mediation is not a space for judgment rather we create spaces for everyone to be their most authentic selves.

Mediation is an intentional, structured, interactive process where a neutral third party helps parties in resolving conflict through skilled communication practices and negotiation.  All participants come to mediation voluntarily and are highly encouraged to participate.  The mediator grounds the mediation in the question, “What is your highest hope?”  A mediator does not offer legal advice rather they facilitate open communication through an evaluative approach.

I specialize in family mediation: parenting plans, child custody, family dynamics, business discussions or negotiations. Mediation is also available for large groups of professionals, congregations, and schools.  I enjoy helping resolve conflicts with businesses, non-profits or families.
