TRAINING

Pam offers workshops for teams or groups who just want to learn more about themselves and how to gather in places with less stress.

Enneagram Workshops:Bring Your Best Self to Work.  Three sessions built around the Enneagram and working together as a team utilizing your individual Enneagram numbers.

Resolving Conflict Workshops: Staying Collaborative in the Face of Conflict. A 90-minute workshop built around communication skills teams use for better listening, clarifying and summarizing.  Interactive exercises ground participants in the content.  This workshop is led by Pam and another facilitator. Meet one of our other facilitators, Brad.

Workshops can be in a lovely setting in Newberg, a place of your choice if the room is spacious, or virtual.
