Dr. Sarah Thomas Baldwin serves as the Vice President of Student Development at Asbury University in central Kentucky. Sarah has served in Christian higher education for over 25 years in residence life, professor, university pastor, administrator and now in her role as VP.Sarah is a graduate of Asbury University, Asbury Seminary with an M.Div, and Portland Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership in the Emerging Culture.


Sarah is passionate about cultivating community and belonging on college campuses as well as creating space and opportunity for students to encounter the Holy Spirit. She’s an advocate in the Down syndrome community, dreams of being a writer, and loves nothing more than getting a front row seat at the transformation of lives through Jesus.


Sarah is married to Clint Baldwin.  Clint is the international executive director of Word Made Flesh, a mission community that serves vulnerable populations in 10 countries.  They have three children, Madi, a recent college grad, Kai, age 8 and Emily Elizabeth, age 4.
